Bottiglia. Al naso arrivano impressioni di luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido appare velato. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul palato si riportano impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

14 September 2020. At La Mandorla, Verona. Shared with the lovely Anke! Served as 'Sgt. Pepper', apparently because a different kind of pepper and orange peel was used, but it should still be the same beer. Hazy dark golden with a stable, frothy, off-white head. Aroma is perfumey, 'bouquet garni', orange peel, mango, white pepper, honey. Taste has sweet orange & mango in a honey-like & biscuity malt body, a bit peanutty; turning quite bitter in the herbal & spicy hoppy finish, subtly malty & perfumey. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Convincing but could have had more actual hop bitterness.
