For this beer we used 50% classic German smoked malt paired with a touch of chocolate malt to produce a rich brown colour and subtle chocolate notes. We used Nobel hops and Bohemian lager yeast to produce this clean smoky lager. Cold fermented for 2 weeks and conditioned for over a month.
