A lightly fermented blonde beer, with three different types of hops used for the hopping: Saaz from the Czech Republic to give a pleasant slightly herbaceous bitterness, the New Zealand hops Motueka and the American Cascade hops to give delicate citrus notes to delight the nose and palate.

330 ml bottle from the brewery, bb 30/12/26. Yellow, moderately hazy body, with a medium, creamy, white head.
Aroma of citrus, flowers, grass, fresh herbs, grains, some bread. Tastes similar, with more floral and herbal.notes.
Quite light mouthfeel, with a quite lively carbonation. Finishes bitter, quite dry, citric, floral, herbal.
Super fresh and crisp, with lovely floral and citric notes. Very quaffable modern Pils that drinks extremely easy, but also really characterful at the same time.
