A dark Bohemian Dunkel-style beer with light fermentation originating from the Czech Republic. The scent and flavour reveal strong hints of caramel and coffee. Dark in colour, it has a very compact froth but is nonetheless very light and digestible. The bitterness is quite delicate—almost imperceptible—with there being a slight aroma of hops, with the dominating aromas being toasted barley and wheat.

330 ml bottle from the brewery, bb 30.12.26. Copper-brown body, wirh a creamy, beige head.
Aroma of dark chocolate, toast, cocoa, dark bread, some toffee. Tastes similar, with slight citric, grassy hops.
Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes quite dry, toasty, earthy, with cocoa.
Lovely robust dark Lager, with toasty and chocolatey notes and citric hops from the background. Quaffable!
