Pours an extremely pale straw colour with a prominent white head. On the nose is a combination of passion fruit, mango and lychee. The taste is light-bodied and initially sweet but beautifully balanced with a long-lasting bitterness.

Very hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is crisp and dry. Dry pale malt, a bare whisper of raw grain. Hops ars light.citric peel with light floralness and a touch of lime. Whisper of lemon. Quite a crisp citric bitter dry finish. For me, a very rare beer where the dryness enhances rather than detracts. Tasty!

Hazy golden beer with a light floral aroma. Flavour is mild, grassy hops and fruit. It could have been too tangy but there’s a nice, slightly biscuit-y edge to balance it out. Very nice.

Bottle at home. It pours hazy orange with a small white head. The nose is sweet dough, hay, white bread, orange blossom and honeysuckle. The taste is smooth, crisp, doughy, green hop, grapefruit, pithy orange, pine and light spice with a dry finish. Light-medium, moderate carbonation and soft mouth-feel. Soft and easy going. Quaffable.

Keg at The Stockbridge Tap. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Light carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of tropical fruits, grass and white wine. The flavour is fresh and fruity - mango, passionfruit and grass. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Its zippy flavour is best suited to keg (I’ve tried in bottle and cask, too).

Cask @ Caley, Edinburgh [190413]
Golden amber, crystal clear, thin white head, good lacing
Aroma - intense but soft at the same time, tropical fruity hops, mango, sweet pale malts
Taste of smooth sweet fruity malts, good soft attck from the hops which them build up in the mouth, very soft grass, tropical citrus hops, hint of tangerine, some mango, very good flavour
Palate - Medium body, oily texture, very well balanced palate. Finish as main flavour, clears well, slight spicy note in the tail
Overall - This is a very good IPA, really harmonious combination of hops with a good pale malt background, very fruity with no roughness
