Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is caramelly, grassy, dried fruity and yeasty with barnyard note. Pours cloudy amber brown color with large soapy tan-like head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts medium sweet caramelly and grainy, following is phenolic, medicinal and spoilt, mouthfeel is dry and mild spicy, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, oily texture and average carbonation in palate. No traces of citrus aroma and flavor, but funky horsey note prevails…

Bottle from Spicy Days. Murky dry orange-red, traces of an off white head. Huge Sorachi in the aroma, spicy, orange, woody, creamy - surprisingly good! Some light brown sugar too. The taste continues along those lines. Pretty big Sorachi in the taste too - mostly citric, lightly woody, traces of dill here, more in the aroma, flawless really, quite dry and bitter, sligthly too thin for its own good, bordering astringency, but not really crossing into it. Solid bitterness in the finish, slightly heavy handed, but not excessive. I'm a sucker for Sorachi, sure, but this, while not brilliant, is by all means a good beer, their best most likely.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy amber pour, one finger frothy off-white head, long lasting. Broken lacing on the glass as it goes down. Herbal and grassy nose, lemon zest, ripe fruits, mild toasted. Thin to medium body, average carbonation. Slightly fizzy, average texture, a bit chewy, soft mouthfeel. Herbal bitter taste with mild sweetness in the background. Aroma of herbs and grains, rye, citruses, lemon zest. Subtle toasted caramel malty notes in the background. Hints of ripe fruits, floral notes. Lingering bitterness that slowly builds up. Medium to long lasting finish, dry and bitter. Not bad.

On tap at Medulin Craft Beer Fest 2019. Shared with little Dina. Hazy amber. Lasting creamy off-white head. Lightly to moderately hoppy, fruity, light caramel, light toast, light spice. Some phenols in the flavour covering up the hops, toasty malts persistent. Hoppy and phenolic finish. Light body. Light to medium body. Need improvement.
