Black color with medium beige head. Aroma: dark chocolate, dried dates, pine, americam hops. Taste: dark chocolate, dark dried fruits, lots of american hops. Full bodied, moderate carbonation, high bitterness. Tasty, good one.

Bottle at Slovak tasting 2021. Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma of chocolate, dark malt, coffee. Taste, chocolate, roasted malt, Sabro hops. Good.

Bottled 330ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Pitch black coloured, medium sized brownish head, citrusy hoppy and mild chocolate in the nose. Roasted malt, citrus, light chocolate and some caramel with touch of alcohol in the finish.

Bottle from BaseCamp. Pitch black, tiny but fairly lasting off white head. Aroma is a slightly awkward mix of citric notes, coconut and caramel, cookie notes. Sweetish, lean, clean taste, again some citrus candy notes, over smooth caramel, light chocolate (if somewhat cheap chocolate), going into a solid kick of bitterness. The hop-malt interplay is quite good, not great though. Still, glad to try it!

0.33 l bottle that Marko brought from Prague. Thanks! Shared with Ogi and Marko. Dark brown to black, medium beige head. Almost a hop-forward aroma, citrus, fruit, herbs. Roasty underneath as a Double Black IPA. Coffee beans and dark chocolate. Hints of dried fruit. Some sweetness. Alcohol hidden. Smooth.

Paloność, gorzka czekolada, rodzynki, cytrusy, owoce tropikalne. Goryczka zaznaczona, palona. Barwa ciemno bursztynowa, przejrzyste. Jak dla mnie chmiele nowofalowe nie pasują do porteru bałtyckiego. Po prostu ok.

W szkle perfekcyjnie, w nosie Sabro i Strata robią robotę, głównie cytrusy ( z tym że bardziej skórka kandyzowana, trochę kalamondin aniżeli limetka), kokos daleko w tle , chmiel przykrył portretowy charakter. W smaku gorzka czekolada, ciemne pieczywo ( przypieczona skórka a nawet przypalona) , goryczka cytrusowo-żywiczna z lekkim hopburn na finiszu.

Bujna czapa gęstej piany. W aromacie na pierwszym planie chmiel. Cytrusy, brzoskwinie, limonka, pomelo, marakuja, kokos, słonecznik, żywica. gdzieś w tle karmel, chleb, rodzynki. W smaku cytrusy, limonka, brzoskwinie, kokos, skórka od chleba, karmel, gorzka czekolada. Całkiem intensywna, przyjemna chmielowa goryczka. Wysycenie niskie, ciało wysokie, alkohol świetnie ukryty. Ogólnie piwo takie jakiego się spodziewałem, czyli intensywnie amerykańskie, aczkolwiek akurat ten dobór chmieli chyba mniej mi pasuje niż w podstawce. Cały czas jest intensywnie chmielowe IPkowe.
