Keg at Fierce. It pours clear bright yellow with a small white head. The aroma is lactic, tangy, sour, cheesecake, peppery spice and black pepper kettle chips. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lactic, tangy, bit of sherbet, salty, peppery, quite savoury and cheesecake with a dry, lactic finish. Light+ body and fine, foamy carbonation. A bit too lactic for my liking. Fair enough.
