Santa’s Wish je Božićni specijal crvene boje kojeg smo ove 2020. godine napravili u New England Pale ale stilu. Pivo karakterizira crvena boja, mutnoća, voćnost, puno svilenkasto tijelo i malo gorčine, a u aromama prevladavaju marelica, breskva, tropsko voće i citrusi. Od hmeljeva smo koristili Mosaic, Azaccu, Southern Passion i Southern Cross.

Bottle from Pomalo. Red with a pinkish head. Soft sweetish, slightly fruity, slightly yeasty aroma. Soft taste, strange fruity touch, rosehip? no bitterness or close to it, slightly flowery, not soapy, just a remarkably soft, thick mouthfeel. Strange, different.

Sample at Kvart, Zagreb. Clear pinkish red, small off-white head. Light fruity malty aroma, hard to pick out. Light toasty flavour, sugary, grainy, dry. Light body, moderate to high carbonation. Moderate dry finish.

On tap at Hop In Zagreb. Red coloured, small white to off-white head, weak fruity nose. Sweet malty, light fruity, light notes of caramel and mild flowery touch in the finish. Bit sweet and thin.
