Draught at Roudaribaari IHME, Helsinki. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- apple, pear, apple core, spicy, clove. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, phenols, clove, apple core, meadow grasses, pale grapes, touch of citrus. Medium bodied. Very good.

(Keg at Espoo Panee ja juhlii 20230714) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had fruitiness, spiciness, earth and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, earth, spiciness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy and bitter. A decent fruity brew with spicy notes.

Bottled (from Hirvikioski, Pori). Hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is mild fruit, some yeast, earth and herbs. Flavour is yeast, some dry earthy and mild herbal tones with some hayish elements. Not very fresh and very lively carbonation when opening.

33 cl can (5,3%) @ St. Mary's Park. Batch #0007 - NF #003. Canned 09/2021, BBE 08/2022 Aroma has peppery spices and grass. Flavour has grassy hops, spiciness, fruity tones, and saison yeast. Crisp and refreshing saison.

Thx to VastActiv for this can. Pale, cloudy golden color and a nice white head. Tart nose vinous, a little funky, fruity. Bitter-fruity taste, yeasty and a dry finish. I like this vinous touch.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Almost clear golden, small head. Mildly funky nose with grass and apples. Dry with slender body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. White bread, passionfruit, gooseberry and grass. Mid bitter finiah. Quite elegant.

ABV: 5.5%. Light cloudy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, farmhouse - funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, citrus, fruity, fruity yeast, saison yeast, wheat, light funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210331]

Draught @ Espoo Panee ja Juhlii 2020. Stuffy, floral and earthy with some yeastiness, hints of ripe fruits and tropical notes. A bit unbalanced.
