Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep golden colour, small head. Aroma is toffee, wood, sweet apple and some mild yeast. Flavour is fruity, yeasty, some bluecheesy tones with mild earth and some mild nectary tones Interesting blue cheesy and fruity elements in the finish Not sure if it was meant to be so, but so it turned out.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, white head. Fairly neutral nose, slightly estery. Medium body, lowish carbonation, oddly dull and dead, no fruitiness, no maltiness but a fairly hoppy finish. But at least fairly inoffensive compare to most other beers from this place. 040220
