Caddy Sourville on american wild alen, jonka päätähtenä häärivä Philly Sour- villihiivanta antaa oluelle moniulotteista ja täyteläistä happamuutta. Backuppina kirpsakkuutta lisäämässä on passionhedelmä ja koko homman pistää kasaan tuhdit annokset aprikoosia sekä persikkaa. Rullautuu kieleltä alaspäin kohti nielua kuin Caddy Deville aurinkoisena päivänä alas katua. Kivihedelmäinen, vehnäinen, hapan (olematta LIIAN hapan), täyteläinen, mehuisa.

Tribuutti ehkäpä maailman ensimmäiselle gangstaräppärille eli lajin pioneerille eli philadelphialaiselle Schooly D:lle. Jos artisti ei ole tuttu niin tsekkaa tyypin musiikki ja historia!

Canned (From KSM Kampus, Pori). Hazy orange colour with a small white head. Aroma is some acidity, mild floral and nectary tones with some earth. Flavour is acidity, some dry floral and wooden notes with strong nectar and a nice biting sourness.

ABV: 5.2%. Cloudy - hazy medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, sour, citrus, fruity, guava - passion fruit, peach - apricot. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, tart, sour, fruity, guava, citrus, passion fruit, peach - apricot. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210331]

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy golden, mid sized head. Slightly funky peach aroma. Tart with slender body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Citric with peach and mirabelles. Low bitterness. Well made and quite pleasant.

Can 440ml (BB 05/2021)
Hazy deep orange colour, medium-sized steady white head. Aroma is tartish with crisp passion fruit, some earthyness. Light-bodied. Fruity malts, funky notes, apricot and passion fruits, semi-tartness. Funkyness makes this a bit more interesting than the normal Finnish boring sour beers.

0,44l can from K-Supermarket Seilori. BBE 25.5.2021. Bit hazy yellow beer with small and quickly vanishing head. Aroma and taste has sweet fruity notes of peach, passion fruit, orange, apricot and lemon. Bit sour/tart at the end. Decent, fruity and somehow sweet sour.

440ml can. Tartish and slightly lactic sourish with some soapy notes, peach, apricot, hints of passion fruit and sweetness. Decent, but could've use more funkiness and less lactose.
