Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Almost clear golden with small but lasting head. Light funk, dry apple, quite some gooseberries, oak, leather, pine, light cheesy. Under medium sweet, bitter and our. Crisp medium bodied with sparkly carbonation. Well done.

Bottled. A golden cider with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of apples and alcohol. The flavor is sour with notes of apples, and alcohol, leading to a dry finish.

Original review text: Bottled@SBWF2012. Golden colour with a minor head. Aroma is apples, vanilla, mild wild yeasty notes as well as some farmyard and vinegar. Flavour is sweet apples with a nice dry palate. Also has some vanilla, earth and nectary sweetness to it. Quite fullbodied, but still easy for a 6.5 % cider.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is smooth apples fruity. Sweet, smooth fruity and crisp apples. Juicy. Smooth fruity and light citrusy. Crisp citric finish.

Sample at SBWF 2012. This was a nice and refreshing Cider with apples, some vanilla and with a touch of brett. Medium sweet and quite dry. Very drinkable.
