0,5 bottle - in Zakopane. The bottle is clean, beautiful, true to the brand, with the awards it has won on the label. Appearance - deep brown with a crimson tint on the label, it has a very nice nose, head is yellowish brown, cream-colored, and remains thin throughout. Aroma: sensational, delicate dried fruit, (plum) dark chocolate, raisins, quite intense, very delicious. So far perfect. Body, texture: so far this has not been exactly maximum. I'm not even talking about the taste, oily, full-bodied..or not full?, but like 90%. Or is it??? :) Well, texture is also maximum. Taste: as if it were a mature serious "aszú" wine wrapped in beer, or cognac, and all this on a bed of dried fruit. Extremely complex. Rather sweet, raisins, with lots of dried fruit flavor, with coffee, a little biscuitiness, and a little orange, sour touch in the background. The aftertaste is distinctly roasted malt and coffee. It makes your mouth stick together. You can feel the alcohol "naturally", which is not a problem with this style at this level, because it is not ostentatious. My overall impression: I didn't think I would find a beer like this during our weekend in Zakpoane. Moreover, for this price, and in a half-liter bottle.... This multiple would have been worth it. It is outstanding for me, I am a fan of this style anyway... I thought about not giving the maximum point for the taste. Then as it warmed up, the taste became so extremely complex and powerful that I finally gave in... Congratulations on the beer! (It was bottled in 2024. What would it have been like next Christmas? :)

Az üveg letisztult, szép, márkahű, a címkén az elnyert díjakkal. Kinézete - a címkén lécő bíboros árnyalatű mély barna, nagyon szép száne van, a hab sárgásbarna, krém színű, és mindvégig vékonyan megmarad. Illat: szenzációs, finom aszalt gyümölcsös, (szilvás) étcsokis, mazsolás, elég intenzív, nagyon finom. Eddig tökéletes. Testesség, kortyérzet: eddig ez nem volt épp maximális. Még az ízről nem beszélek, olajos, testes, testes, de nem full, hanem olyan 90%-ban. Vagy mégis??? :) Na jó, texture szintén maximum. Íz: mintha egy sörbe bugyolált érett komoly aszú-bor lenne, vagy konyak, és mindez aszalt gyümölcsös ágyon. Rendkívül komplex. Inkább édes, mazsolás, rengeteg aszalt gyümölcs ízzel, mellete kávéval, kis kekszességgel, és háttérben egy kis narancsos, savanykás beütéssel. Utóíze kifejezetten pörkölt maláta és kávé. A száj összeragad tőle. Az alkoholt "természetesen" érezni, ennél a stílusnál ez már nem baj ezen a szinten, mert nem hivalkodó. Összbenyomásom: nem gondoltam, hogy Zakpoanei hétvégénk során ilyne sörre fogok találni. Ráadául ennyiért, ráadásul fél literes kiszerelésben. Ez a többszöröség is megérte volna. Számomra kiemelkedő, a stílus imádója vagyok egyébként is... Az íznél gondolkodtam hogy nem adom meg a maximális pontot. Aztán ahogy melegedett, annyira extrém komplex és erőteljes lett az íze, hogy végül megadtam magam... Gratulálok a sörhöz! (2024-es palackozás volt. Milyen lehetett volna ez jövő karácsonykor? :)
