Last summer we had Miss Delicious, her little sister, all syrupped up on draft. Although very nice she got a bit angry and upset about that specific action. So we promised her we’d make it up with her by brewing this itsy bitsy vicious variety.Indiana Bourbon barrel aged!

Bright clear amber beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light and smooth and mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Berry fruits leap out, bright and with some candy character. Juicy raspberry and blueberry in there, little blackberry. Finishes light with a trace of creamy bourbon barrel and vanilla oak. A real surprise, was not expecting this berry onslaught must be borne or the coriander and bourbon somehow. Juicy and drinkable.

Clear orange, fluffy off-white head. Smells very sweet, syrupy, light coriander seeds, bit of bourbon. Pretty thick for the style and ABV, bit sticky. Taste is odd, subtle bitterness, pretty sweet, salty, and only the vaguest sourness. Some bourbon. Odd.
