Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Cloudy blond colour, almost no head. Lots going on in the aroma: bread, grapes, citrus fruits. Aggressively sour, nice fruit/juice character, a bit of funky yeast.
Complex, not balanced, but very good.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy gold with minimal white head. Lots of Chardonnay, wild yeast, slightly rustic, mild funk. Very nice.

Cloudy gold with a small white head. White wine barrel and some stone fruit. Soured white fruit and nice barrel notes. Nice.

750ml (thx, Brian C.!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy golden with a white head. Aroma: nice barrel and wild notes. Taste: along the same lines, low to moderately sour, lots of wine notes. Overall: nice one.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy pale golden blonde with a tiny white head. Aroma is full of white wine barrels, some perfume, mixed bugs, and a light rustic character. Flavour is somewhat perfumey, with tons of Chardonnay upfront, wild yeast, a touch of funk, and some rustic notes. That's some heavy character from the Chardonnay. Not much acidity, which is good. It's not the most complex or refined for the style, but it's very good.
