Ein Weißbierdoppelbock, für 6 Monate im Moscatelfass gereift. (Moscatel ist ein Weißweinport).
Genauer gesagt in einem Moscatel-Rosso-Fass.
Und was da passiert ist, ist faszinierend!

Süffiger, säuerlich alkoholischer Beginn. Dann süßlich, Beeren, wenig holzig. Etwas Lakritz, mittellanger Abgang. 9/11/10/10//10

Sampled @ Braukunst Live 2019. A hazy deep amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of red fruits, brett, grains. Taste of tart reddish fruits, red malt, brett.

Hazy amber. Aroma is apricot hay malt slight khaki caramel. Juicy. Taste is very sweet schlehen with fruity sourness. Drinkable. Not bad.

BKL2019. Dusty Apricot aroma, light acetone and mango juice, medium body, dry Maracuja, fun tropical drink.

Tap. Hazy dark amber color with eggshell head. Aroma is fresh yeast, light peach, dough. Taste is dough, peach. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Alright.
