Sights & Swills Summer Holiday Beer#101. ST MALO. From June 2025. Amber and full-bodied, with its strength playing a small part as there's decent pale malts in this one, with a touch of fruit and spice and a milky one. Lovely sunny day beer at Le Comptoir Vins et Bieres.

Amberkleurig bier met mooie stevige schuimkraag. Smaak is bitterzsoet en krudiig met iets van banaan, wat honing, geroosterd brood en appel. Heel goed.

33cl bottle from Cora in Brussels. F: huge, white, long lasting. C: orange gold, hazy. A: malty, apples, banana, spicy, honey, mellow fruity, bit caramel. T: full malty base, banana, red apples peels, spicy, bit coriander, honey, yeasty touch, decent bitterness, higher carbonation, not bad for bio version, enjoyed.
