Latest creation of our master brewer Grégory, here is the Vivat Berry Much. Behind this name hides a Kettle Sour with a red tint. Acidified voluntarily during its manufacture, it was then seduced by a trio of local berries: blackberries, blackcurrants and blueberries were invited during fermentation to give it this special color as well as its tangy and fruity notes.
This last Vivat has 5.5% alcohol content, both light and powerful, finely tangy and generously fruity, it will delight all palates.

29/IX/22 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ home, BB: 30/0?/22 (2022-1339)
Pretty clear bright red beer, small creamy off-white to pink head, unstable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, lots of strawberries, cherries, blackcurrant, very jammy, sweet impression. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: bit watery, nice acidity, fruity, little bitter, sourish, berries, jam, some tannins. Aftertaste: dry, nice acidity, lemon, citric acid, fruity, juicy, some red currants, raspberries, refreshing, nice!
