500ml Bottle - Amber with a white head. Smoked ham, ash, maple syrup and some slightly nutty and worty notes in the aroma. Smoky and slightly herbal taste with notes of smoked ham, wood, rye bread and some hints of herbs, grass and even some slightly festive spices. An interesting and rather complex rauchbier that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Bottled 500ml. -Darker golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, light smoked ham in the nose. Toasted malt, smoked ham, grassy and herbal touch with soft bitterish finish. More body wouldn't hurt.
