Ook dit RUIG bier is in zeer kleine oplage gemaakt en is met de hand gebotteld en voorzien van genummerde labels.

Zuur en zoutig goudkleurig plasje in mn glas. Verdacht weinig bubbels. Straf, mineralen. Stevig citroenzuurtje.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Hazy golden with short lasting fizzy. Bit cheesy, lemon, sour wheat, dry oak, earthy, light herbal. Medium sour, light sweet. Medium bodied. Really like this.

Bottle directly from the brewery. Color: Hazy orangish golden, thin white head. Aroma: Moderate sweet and sour, fruity stonefruit notes, Brett funk. Taste: Over moderate tart, light to moderate sweet, malty, wheat, subtle yeast funk and fruity stonefruit and white berries. Some tannins and wood hints. Very light bitterness. Very well balanced. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Dry finish. Pretty smooth and lighty sticky mouthfeel. Very nice.
