A West Coast IPA in that old school style we love and cherish, but with a dash of the modern hops Idaho 7, Falconers Flight, and El Dorado. Brewed with a handful of Cara Red malt for complexity and fermented with California Ale yeast. Dry, bitter, and packed with fruity aromas.

Can from Beer Republic, webshop Breda, Netherlands and consumed at home Saturday 1st May 2021. We sat outside in front of the Wood Oven, we were under the front porch area as it was raining heavy, we had Fish Burgers with white Cod and Smoked Salmon, with a Cream Cheese and Sweet Mustard Cream and a Egg and Caper Relish, also Loz made some excellent Ciabatta Rolls, we listened to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on 6Music. Pours murky light yellow/gold in colour, with a white head. Hoppy but a little bit thin, light spice/yeast showing and whilst it's fresh and pleasant enough with a light zippy edge, it is otherwise a little bit boring. Hops and fruitiness are very muted, it's ok
