Draught @ Störtebeker Elbphilharmonie, Hamburg. Pours hazy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of banana, malt and yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with sweetish notes of yeast, malt and banana and touches of pepper and coriander. Estery and malty aftertaste with peppery and acidic notes. Quite well-balanced and decent for the style.

Shared with Erzengel! A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of yeast, some herbal fruits, banana. Taste of dry herbal pale malt, some spices, banana.

Many thanks to Kappldav123 for this bottle! Nice smooth beginning. Fruity herbs, nice dry Witbier yeast. The beer starts smooth and dry, herbal parts, nice smooth bitterness. Round and refreshing deep with a slightly grainy finish.

Bottle bought in Graal-Müritz. Looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fine fruity-sourish aroma. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty with sourish hints. Light fruity touch of lemon. Light salty notes. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice one!

Tap. Hazy glowing yellow color with white head. Aroma is fresh, nicely spiced, wheat, fresh yeast Taste is light spices, fresh lemon zest. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A very, very nice Wit!
