A double chocolate, milk stout with added cocoa powder and lactose to create a low abv intense brew! Pours dark black with no head (cocoa kills the head) with intense dark roasted malt aroma, taste with milk chocolate notes and bitter cocoa aftertaste. A brew for a sweet, dark and cold evening!

Sample thanks to Grumbo: Poured a dark brown with reddish edges, Head was bubble. Aroma is thick chocolate and some lactose. Taste is sweet silky chocolate forward, that morphs to a more rich chocolate and roasted maltiness.

12/4/2020. Bottle from Brew Str, Athens. Pours very dark brown with a very short lasting tan coloured head (the description didn’t lie). Aroma of milk chocolate, cocoa, dark fruits, lactose, ash, roasted malt. Medium to heavy sweetness and light roasted bitterness. Moderate body, watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Wasn’t bad, but all the other Kykao beers I’ve had were better.

From bottle. Dark brown color with beige head that quickly disappears. Malty aroma, roasted, smoked notes, burnt plastic, grass notes, caramel and honey mostly in the taste. Sweet and light bitter taste. Light oily body with soft to flat carbonation.
