Bottle shared at chriso’s. Pours clear gold with a creamy white heqd. The nose has basic bready, doughy malts, some yeast. Medium sweet flavor, a little boozy, some grain, sugar, white bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Boozy, sugary finish, more white bread. Simple but not undrinkable.

Bottled, BB 21-02-2015, batch 143, large sample. Clear golden color, medium rocky off-white head, some tiny debris. Aroma of spicy belgian yeast, some orange and tangerine. Bit sweet taste, quite dry, hint of alcohol, slight bitter. Finish is slightly metallic, which is a bummer because the rest is pretty good actually.
