Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is black tea, chocolate, some roasted malt, caramel, sugary notes, light syrupy, touch of vanilla. Flavour is pretty sweet and sugary with a moderate bitterness. Body is medium. Heavy on the black tea, fairly sweet as well, sugary. Interesting.

Pours black, medium small tanned head with a lower stability. Scent is coffee, roast, medium intense to intense. Bit sharp. Taste is rough, bit plastic-ish, sweet side to a pure roast, hardcore coffee, towards-but-not-ashy. Not off per SE, but certainly not as great as it could be. Kinda doesn't match flavors. A touch of dark, very pure chocolate, rather high bitterness. Touch of ... Peppers ? Medium thick to thick body, medium to medium low carbo. I'm actually in the middle of this one. At first, I didn't really like it, but it does bring an interesting touch to the aftertaste, making one yearn for another sip. Shows a certain potential in their brewing skills - that was to say the least absent in their meads - would be interested to see their evolution as beer brewers.

Tap. Almost black colour. Aroma: strange, coffee, burnt, caramel, chocolate, like a little smoked, sweetish. Taste: sweet, slightly smoked, coffee and chocolate, caramel, tea, a little whiskey and liqueur, a little bitterness, very warming, good.

Sabor: sirope dulce, un fondo ahumado y vainilla. Muy dulce. Algo alcohólica en el retrogusto. Next one please!
