Ugelris New England IPA er en lys, stråfarvet hazy/uklar øl.
Straks man hælder øllet i glasset, breder der sig en kraftig aromatisk duft af Mandarin Bavaria humle og Mosaic humle.
Øllet er tør humlet med voldsomme mængder humle.
I modsætning til andre øl, er humlen kun kogt med i få minutter, hvilket giver en fyldig næsten juiceagtig humlesmag, men samtidig en mild bitterhed.
Øllet er tilsat rabarbersaft.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some floral and mild herbal notes with a wee bit of rosemary. Flavour is fruity, some ocugh medicine, mild earth and spruce tips with a lot of resin.

500 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård. ABV is 6%. Moderately hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Nice aroma of mandarin, tropical fruits and rhubarb. Pleasant and refreshing flavour with the same elements as the aroma, notes of grapefruit and pine needles in the finish.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy golden, small head.Aroma of rhubarb and tangerine. Mid dry with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Slight bready malt foundation, rhubarb pie and citrus. Mid bitter finish. Like it!

ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity, moderate hoppy, citrus, stone fruit, sweet sugary rhubarb. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, stone fruit, fruity hops, pale malt, fruity malt, medium dry, light spicy hops finish. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210513]
