Sample (batch 5, thanks fonefan). Very deep coppery colour, small off-white head. Aroma is fruity, alcohol, some plum and mild dried fruits. Flavour is plum, some alcohol, mild fruity and some dates, dried fruits and a slight spiciness too. Alcohol burns like fuck.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque, murky dark brown with a beige head. Lovely aroma, complex overripe fruit and oxidation and quite some hops. Rich, fat body, burned caramel, oveeripe fruit and prunes yet with quite some balancing hops. Super delish. 111221

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, sweet malt, malty, rich, alcohol, light wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, dried fruit, caramel, sweet malt, malty, rich, boozy.
