Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma destinata a vita breve. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente marrone. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella media. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di caramello, miele, frutta secca e agrumi.

Bottled (from Alko Prisma, Vaasa). Deep golden colour, no head. Aroma is yeasty, some gluelike elements, mild herbs, juniper and some toffee. Flavour is kind of yeasty, some dry wood, mild herbs, alcohol and some juniper with mild earthy tones. Somewhat messy flavourwise.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of wheat, yeast, some juniper. Clear amber colour, white head. Aroma of yeast, wheat, some juniper sourness in background. Very sweet, lightly sour. Lively carbon. Good one.

ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast, banana, clove, rich. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, weizen yeast, banana, clove, spruce - wood (maybe juniper). Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210530]

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! (My Finnish rating #1000). Clear amber, small head. Phenolic banana aroma. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Bread, banan, cloves and juniper. Low bitterness im a finish where juniper lingers. Interesting and pleasant.

Amber colour, small off-white head. Overriped banana, sweet even glueish yeastyness. Medium-bodied. Banana, faint juniper, alcohol, baking yeast in the flavour. Odd messy Weizenbock, a bit like some unique Sahti.

Tap at SOPP2019, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy orange wtih small white head. Aromas and flavours: Wheat, some juniper, some sweetness and malts. Very malty and lots of sahti elements.
