Fermented it with a Belgian Trappist yeast from the Rochefort monastery, provides Brun Sovs notes of prunes and red apples, which is traditionally used in the stuffing for the Danish chrismas-dinner bird. Full-bodied for its modest strength, malt-forward with hints of dark fruits, burned sugar, and a short dry finish that makes you want to take another sip.

Bottle, 4.8%. Weak fruity aroma. Almost clear brown colour. Small tan head. The flavour is caramelly and yeasty. Tastes like n00by homebrew to me, sorry to say. Not too bad, though. Teaish notes.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a small, lacing off-white head. Medium body, some refined brown sugars, but never sweet due to a high attenuation and a very solid addition of bittering hops. 160221
