Fermented it with a Belgian Trappist yeast from the Rochefort monastery, provides Brun Sovs notes of prunes and red apples, which is traditionally used in the stuffing for the Danish chrismas-dinner bird. Full-bodied for its modest strength, malt-forward with hints of dark fruits, burned sugar, and a short dry finish that makes you want to take another sip.

Tap@Skaal, Copenhagen (17112019) - pours dark brown verging black with a tiny beige head. Sweet malty with notes of caramel and toffee, dried fruit shred, singed brown sugar, yeast and seasonal spicy notes, medium body, spiced sweet malty close. Good stuff.
