Deep black, big mocha head. The aroma, like in the other editions, is dominated by the barrel - more mellow, sweeter rounder fruit, plums, milk chocolate. It also has some very light acetic notes resembling Flemish ales, which actually make it stand a bit above the rest of the series. The taste, on the other hand, is probably the closest to the base stout - balanced and robust, with moderate boozy and hoppy finish.
