Ljusgul klar vätska med fluffig oregelbunden bubblig skumtopp. Degig, lite sädig och aningen gräsig arom. Maltig med lite för mycket sötma. Låg nedtonad beska. Lite fruktig, degig smak med anspelningar åt gräs och blommor.
