A pale ale where we have replaced a part of the malt bill for honey from our own farm for a slightly drier pale ale with subtle notes of honey in the aroma.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Honeyish golden colour with a mediumsized foamy slightly off-white head. Aroma is honey, nutty, earthy, some herbal and mild toffeeish tones. Flavour is fruity, floral, some toffeeish and mild herbal notes with a wee bit of earth. Also some bitterness. Not much of the honey in flavour.
