Can, at Christianssand Brygghus. An unclear red beer with a small off-white head. The aroma has some blueberry, with a lot of yuzu, some passionfruit and a peppery and lightly bready touch. It's medium bodied, tart and dry, with a bit hard carbonation. The flavor feels more like blackcurrant than blueberry, with passionfruit and a generic citrus zest. Some bitterness too. Fruity finish with a hint of bread, yoghurt and some berries. Interesting, but not impressive. 220810

8-4-7-4-15 Can, R51, 4,5 % ABV, four months before bbd. Pours cloudy raspberry red, with a big creamy pinkish head. Aroma is very fruity with tart notes of yuzu, passion fruit and forrest berries, as well as red berries, rhubarb and salty minerals. Medium to full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid and tart notes of yuzu and fruit peel, as well as salty minerals. Pitch dry finish.

Can, 0.33l. Aroma of citrus, berries, passion fruit and flowers. Pours hazy dark ruby color with thin quickly diminishing pink head and average sparkling appearance.
