Dark brown with a small beige head. Tart and woody with cider vinegar, dark fruit, red wine and cognac. Very long finish. Moderately full bodied. Alcohol well controlled

Tap. Hazy deep amber color with white head. Aroma is aceto balsamico, raisins, caramel. Taste is very raisins, balsamico, barrel funk, not too sour. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Quite awesome!
