For me, it was a really interesting beer, just perfect for the style, a lovely union between the sourness, the elderberry and the oak, 02.09.2018, purchased at one coop, tasting it at Lausanne, Prélaz.

bottle. beer foamed out of the bottle, not a tidy controlled elegant pour. hazy yellow, offwhite head. aroma is citrussy and some leather. flavor is leather, brett, wild yeasts, faint citrus fruity lemon like sour note. quite spicy bitter, but clearly drinkable saison ish bretty sour.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Hazy yellow. Funk, barnyard, cobwebs, oak, fruitiness, dry, sourish, a bit bitterish, medium-bodied. Very good.

Bottle. Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is dough, fresh yeast, white grapes. Taste is dough, fresh yeast, grapey, a bit dusty. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite tasty.

Appearance: Pale orange golden, quite hazy. Big, creamy white head. Aroma: Tart fruits, some light fruits. Wood. Taste: Tart fruits, light fruits. Some barrel. More sour/wild ale than saison. Bought: Coop (Switzerland), 375 ml, CHF 5.90 Info: 10/11-2018, BB: 31/12-2020

F: big, off-white, good retention. C: gold, hazy. A: sour fruity, woody, caramel, fruity, bit spicy, lactic. T: malty base, spicy, woody, fruity, basement, funky lactic, bit caramel, not saison at all reminds me sour red/brown, medium to full body, lively carbonation, of course enjoyed, 37,5cl bottle from Coop Supermarché in Genève Servette.

Many thanks for this beer to CH-303. Acid, acid and more acid oh yeah!!!. Swietne, genialne pieknie pachnace swiezym octem jablkowym. Smakowo kwaskowy sok z limonek, lekka polsrednia owocowosc ananasow i melona zoltego. Na przemian kwaskowe, i ciutke slodkie. Polwytrawne, bardzo metne jasno-piaskowa barwa ze spora i trwala piana. Swietne do dorsza z ziemniaczkami.
