Sovina 500 began as an innovation project only for kegs. The times have changed, and we have decided to bottle. The truth is that a beer like this not only keeps well in the bottle, it develops particularly nicely. Producing a Barleywine was a challenge to the capability of the team and the brewery. The tasting notes indicate a clear presence of smoked malt, sustained by aromas of honey, vanilla and ginger.

Color anaranjado con una espuma media y de retención media. Aroma: maltas ahumadas, miel y frutos secos. Sabor: bastante compensada con el ahumado bastante presente y un toque a miel bastante agradable. Casi no se notan los 14%.
