Bottle at the flat in Varna - picked up from Teddy Beer. Pours crystal clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a fluffy white head. Light to medium sweet with notes of pear, white grape, peach, minimal bitterness, a little pale bread. Light bodied with lively carbonation. Moderate sweetness to finish, more white grape. Interesting, decent.
