Can shared with JMD and JFE at Bjørnøy 06.09.21. Pale straw colour. White head and lacing. Interesting aroma and taste of marmalade, lemon peel, grapefruitm lychee, sorrel and an appropriate hint of feline urine. Complex and good!

330 ml can, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Strong and pleasant aroma of spicy, herbal and fruity hops - notes of lemongrass, dill, citrus and various tropical fruits, also hints of spruce. The flavour is slightly on the dry side, with the same elements as the aroma, and a moderate bitterness in the finish.

Hurra, endelig en NEIPA uten lactose! I stedet finner jeg en deilig fruktighet uten frokostjuice-fornemmelser, og bitterheten er riktig kledelig. En solid maltkropp bærer uanstrengt frem citrus (særlig bitterappelsin), furunål, eukalyptus og engelsk appelsinmarmelade. Uklar korngul med ok skum. Nok et premiebrygg fra ELØ.
