Kinn Havblikk er et lyst og friskt øl av typen gose; eit overgjæra kveiteøl der vørteren blir syna før den bli kokt. Det er dog ikkje eit surt øl, men prosessen tilfører det bittelitt ekstra syre for å gi det ein frisk pust. Og ølet er krydra med små mengde koriander og salt for å framheve det friske uttrykket. Saltet har vi henta frå North Sea Salt Works som er ein handverksprodusent på øya Gossen i Møre og Romsdal. Havblikk er eit suverent øl å leske seg på ein varm sommardag ved havet, eller å drikke til lett sjømat og salat.

On tap at Taphouse Frankfurt, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Aroma has old cardboard, maybe some saline. Flavour seems old, with tart citrus, salt, and cardboard. Not sure if this is a bad beer or old. Regardless, this isn’t good.

Straw colored with a fleeting, foamy head. Lemon-lime aroma. Taste is tart with a touch of salt. Reminiscent of sipping from the top of a margarita glass. Ok, a bit less salt than that. Light bodied, fizzy, moderately refreshing. Lingering tartness. Not bad on a hot day.

Like this a lot. The lemon contrasts nicely with the seasalt.

From bottle at MB2 25.11.24. Slightly hazy straw colour. Not much head. Aroma and taste of sour malt, lactic acis and lemons. A slight hint of the added salt. Decent drinkability when you know what to expect.

0,3 litre Bottle, gifted to Me, at home. Golden with little head. Malts, hops, yeast, salty, Fruity, some bitterness.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Wheaty malty, minimally yeasty fruity and slightly spicy aroma, a touch of banana, unripe fruit, earthy, mineral overtones, a touch of sea buckthorn. Taste is tart-ish, tangy, fruity and slightly salty, subtle sweetness, weak, wheaty malty basis, hints of mirabelle, nectarine, sea buckthorn. Watery texture, dry and slightly astringent palate, medium to coarse, prickly to lively carbonation. Nice composition, refreshing and fairly fruity - not bad.

Uklar gul med svært lite hvit topp. Aroma: hvetemalt, lynghonning, hint av noe Fruktig og sitrus. Smak: Hvetemalt og sitrus. God balanse, lys og godt øl.

Süffiger, wenn auch stark salziger Beginn. Keine Säure, wässriger Hintergrund, trocken, minimal kräutrig. Schwacher Abgang. 9/7/5/5/8/5
