Pours a relatively clear reddish amber copper. Small and fast fading , nearly white head. Scent is mild on the red grapes, refined, some funk as well - all relatively mild. Taste is tart, dry, fine. Some tannins ( a bit much for me, but than again I seem to be rather sensetive on that matter) . Minor red fruityness from the grapes. Higher carbonation. Mild funk and some wood in the back. Decent, but not a highlight within this brewer's resume
Heavy with grapes

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled June 2020. deep red color, small white head. smells of tannins, light joghurt, earthy, spices, red grapes. nice smell. nice to very nice smell, bit heavy on the joghurt. full body, soft carbonation. tastes earthy, tannins, grassy, some red grapes, light joghurt, bit peppery, spices. finishes lightly sour with notes of tannins, red grapes and some peppery notes. gets better when warmer. bit on the heavy side, not the most complex, but pretty nice.
Hapu, magus, veinine, puuviljane, mineraalne, marjane, kuiv. Väga hea. 4.3
Paired with three separate dishes. Rösti, mushrooms, lacto-fermented plum & oloroso sherry. Lamb, polenta taragna, montagnolo affiné, walnut & bilberry. Spelt, shallot, lavender honey & blackberry. Amazing beer/wine hybrid sporting perfect balance!
Excellent!
