330ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, firm, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Funky, herbal-spicy, yeasty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, notes of mustard seed, fresh hay, brine, a touch of unripe peach and apricot. Taste is dry, yeasty herbal-spicy and sweet-ish, yeasty fruity, notes of mustard seed, some sage, hints of unripe peach, unripe apricot, unripe pear, moderate hop bitterness, minimally waxy overtones, chlorophyll. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, fine, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Nice composition, quite spicy, sadly a tad waxy - decent.

Cloudy yellowish beer, small creamy white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: spicy, herbal, nice, a bit yeasty, cloves, banana. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: banana, very yeasty, spicy, pretty bitter, a bit malty. Aftertaste: yeast, banana, good bitterness, fruity, nice!

33cl can, BB 09/11/2022. Petite entorse à la règle, vu qu'à la base La Mule ce n'est que du style allemand - tant que cela ne tombe pas dans les juicy neipa et autres lactose stouts.
Pâle claire, col blanc épais crémeux tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet houblonné-végétal un peu chou bouilli, avec un rétro fleuri frais presque jasmin, miel des champs, léger fruité. Base grains reste présente.
Palais présente de suite une base belge rustique avec un petit qcq chose qui manque à l'appel - sans avoir la signature DLS, le tout présente une bonne base de pils, un peu sèche qui perdure tout au long, grains concassés, malté pils avec une amertume fine et un houblonné noble belgo-teuton avec une sensation terreuse, pointe de poivre noir concassé et un fleuri plaisant presque sur un effet mielleux/honey blossom. Le tout surfe sur une saison aux allures de blonde belge classique tout en ayant le maquillage un peu allemand.

Head soon reduced to whitish rim over metallic golden beer, finely bubbled. Spicy nose, herbs, dry powdery spices (ginger, orangepeel,...) Much of the same (spices, herbs) in the mouth, making it a bit soapy in character. Almost empty finish. Light body, not very carbonated. Bit underwhelming. Wondering how only the yeast could provide the spicy flavours. Thanks to Stef!

Pale blond colour with massive tight head. Delicately sweet and grainy up front. Slightly spicy elements too. Great finish that is dry and quite bitter.

33cl can. A clear yellow golden beer with a big white head. Aroma of herbal pale malt, banana and yeast. Taste of herbal malt, lemon, banana, yeast. Good Saison!

Very sharp, very dry, funky... a hair too bitter. But is whst it is supposed to be. Billies Bf antwerp

Can at Zum Franziskaner. Hazy golden with a white head. Yeast, sme spices, grass, citrus and grain. Dry finish.
