Runder, süffig malziger Beginn. Weiche cremige Herbe, trocken, steigend röstig. Langer, röstig würziger Abgang. Gelungen. 10/10/9/9//10

Hazy red. Aroma is berries smoke nut oils. Taste is balanced schlehen sweetness and nut oils with some tart nutpeel and smoke with a hint of alcohol warmth. Incredibly balanced.

Tap at Tilmans party. Cloudy amber, low head. Light smoky aroma, medium body, chewy smoky grain, light metal, burned hay finish.

Tap. Hazy amber color with eggshell head. Aroma is ham, a touch wet dog, caramel. Taste is Weyermann smoke, ham, caramel, a touch umami, also quite yeasty. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A bit too yeasty, but decent.
