It is our Xpochi brewed with 35 g/l of Puglia cherries added (without bones) during the mash. Differently from the parent Xpochi is shows a sweeter character with stronger body. It keeps the same roasted notes while in the background you can distinguish red-berries notes.

Bottle, many thanks anstei! Dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, tobacco, indeed a touch cherries. Taste is tobacco, leather, cherries, very balanced and drinkable, albeit not too complex. Velvety mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Good one!

Bottle. Pours darkest brown. Aroma is low cherry, some red fruit, mostly burnt malts. Body is heavy, also quite burnt, basically no cherry, some smoke. Sweetish. A bit plain and generic. Good.
