For our Second Anniversary we brought back our A1A inspired, highly fruited, low ABV sour, Florida Weisse. One of our absolute favourites during the summer, version 3 of Florida Weisse is an adult jolly rancher, bursting with candied Watermelon, bright Key Lime, Boysenberry, and Pineapple.

473mL can, pours a cloudy dark pinkish red with a medium pink head. Nose is loaded with boysenberry, muddy kveik yeast, a touch of pepper, and lacto. Flavour is very fruity, dominated by the boysenberry, but muddied up by the kveik yeast. I don't get the watermelon or pineapple. Juicy, with mostly boysenberries creating the deep mouthfeel. Fun fruit beer.

Pours a deep bright red and big pink body. Lots of raspberry on the nose, slight watermelon and lime, certainly has that sangria vibe going on. Taste is very chewy fruit, lots of berry with lime and pineapple to sharpen it. full finish, tangy aftertaste. I wish this was in everyone's summer punch bowl.

Deep reddish with a small pink head. Light red berry notes. Vegetal and light soured berry notes. A bit soapy, but not bad.
