29/1/2022. Can shared with ITFC boys. From Craft Metropolis, Penge. Pours thick black with a small tan coloured head. Aroma is boozy, fudge brownie, nut, cocoa, chocolate. Moderate sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Full bodied, slick texture, average carbonation. Deep roasted finish. Very nice.

Can from Stamford Beers Direct. Just ridiculously rich and smooth and certainly plenty of fudge and brownie!! Black colour with a deep brown head. Boozy and bitter chocolate roasted malty and cakey sweet. My body this is good and very smooth.

Can. Opaque dark brown beer with a good dark tan head that lasts about a second and a half. Light palate for the style, smooth but with good fine nibbly carbonation on the back end. Mellow dark chocolate malts, smooth. Then the fudge brownie. Hmmm. There is a touch of promising brownie action here but it is inexplicably savoury and bitterish. Something burnt lurks in the background. Like someone put a Crunchie bar on the camp fire and left it too long. Smooth finish. No. That is a big disappointment. Mahoosive. Love this series from Three Hills but this is a real clunker. Rapidly got to the point where I didn't want another drop.

Can from Hoptimism. Appearance - jet black with a tan to fawn head, some of which hangs about. Nose - spot on with the creation of fudge and chocolate brownie. Taste - dark chocolate, fudge, brown sugar and chocolate sauce. Palate - full bodied with a creamy texture. Just an edge of malt dryness to ensure not too much sweetness and another sip is needed. Overall - a lovely creation.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 23/01/21. Black with a decent tan covering that dissipates and retains as edgework. Nose is chocolate fudge, sweet malts, brown sugars, chocolate icing, toffee. Taste comprises chocolate bake, brown sugar sprinkle, toffee fudge, mellow roast, dark malts. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced kiss of alcohol. Another fun pastry and picks out the chocolate fudge brownie well.

Panda at home thanks to Wingman. A an oily black brown coloured pour with a loose halo of dark tan head. Aroma is big funky farmyard, bitter cocoa, bitter dark choc, nutty. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky chocolate brownie, bitter cohocolate, peacna. Palate s medium sweet, sticky, lowish carbonation. fun.
