Aug. 2020: 330 ml clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet Lyngdal. ABV is 6%. Golden to rosé colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Fresh aroma and flavour of various apple varieties, moderately sweet, a hint of sulphites. Nice one.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear sparkling pink. Intense aroma of spicy red apples. Dryish with medium body and well rounded, sparkling mouthfeel. Concentrated apples, spicy hay. Mild apple skin bitterness. Elegant & classy.

[ As Aval Cidre Artisanal Rosé ].
ABV: 6.0%. ✅ Clear light to medium red - yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly to fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate light heavy apple, apple skin, red apples, sweet apple, rosehip notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, apple skin, red apples, swwr apples, dry, refreshing. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20210530]

Bottle. Clear reddish golden cider with a short lasting small white head. Aroma is pure apple, slightly acidic. It tasted refreshing and quite OK, nothing complex, just a clean straight forward honest apple cider with a god balance between sweet and acidic apple. Compared with the regular Aval cider I think this has a slightly lighter apple flavor and that makes the regular one a tad better. Medium body and same aftertaste. Totally decent thirst quencher.
