Full name is 4 Belgica Bere Saison Light gushing to fast gone white film over well-carbonated very lightly veiled golden copper beer. Sweetish, with a faint spicy/yeasty nose. Some full-grain crispbread, honey. Dry honey, bit of oxydation, old cloth. Dehydrated vegetables. Light body, but quite slick, almost viscous. Obviously well-carbonated. Either a bit prematurely aged, or already oxydized ingredients used. Txs to Stef!

ABV: 6.0%. Light cloudy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale mal, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, fruity yeast, fruity malt, wheat, saison yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210320]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are grass, straw, fruits, malt, yeast and hops. Sweet finish.

Bottle @Saxo. Cloudy golden, fluffy white head. Malty aroma, light citrus. Wheaty, malty flavour, some citrus and yeast. Light yeasty, peppery spice.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, citrus and yeasty. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. High carbonation. 200321

4/8/2018. Bottle courtesy of ciocanelu, cheers for this one. Pours hazy golden with a foamy white head. Aroma of hops, herbs, flowers, citrus, yeast and a hint of vanilla. Moderate sweetness with medium bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, average carbonation. Increasing bitterness to finish. Nice drop.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy golden, big soapy white head. Tart fruit as well as dusty peppery notes, nutmeg. Subtle fruity malts, massaging carbonation, robust spicy hops with a long bitter aftertaste. Could use more dryness and a more characterful saison strain, but it is a very nice hoppy belgian ale.
