We aspired to evolve our latest series of potions to formulate an IPA that floats above any we've imagined before. We aimed for the sky and landed comfortably in the clouds lingering above our beautiful mountain ridges. This pillowy pleasure drifts along with a hop profile composed of a Citra backbone coupled with two New Zealand hops for aroma plus a breeze of candied clementine, crushed gooseberries, and white grapes. We then bent the range by lofting this distinct brew to an enigmatic 8.7% ABV. Propel into the clouds for a Hovered Ridge Double IPA and float into a fluffy hazy bliss!

Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Apoearance: thick orange / copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which trickles off at a nice pace
Aroma: gooseberries, passion fruit, lemon pulp, white grapes, clementine hop notes with light clean cracker malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bitter to bittersweet to tart quality; finishes white grapey, gooseberry-ish and clementine hop toned
Texture: about medium bodied - maybe a touch closer to full bodied, light smoothness but some dryness, touch of tart accent nips the tongue
Overall: mostly a pretty good NEDIPA worthy of coming back to.

Ridiculously hazy straw golden coloured body with a very large-bubbled five centimetre tall off-white head that fades very quickly, almost like soda - the body looks amazing, but the head looks awful. Aroma of relatively astringent hops with some oranges noticeable, but also a dry malt presence and some slight herbal notes, but the hops seem strong. Medium to Full-bodied; Very rich, sweet and pretty cloying sweetness and orangey/citrusey flavours show at first, but the big maltiness and lactose shows strongest, especially at the end, that makes this end LARGE! Aftertaste shows a rich, pretty malty beer that's a bear to get down, mainly from those malts of course, but also the cloying sweetness from the lactose and big orange notes. Overall, a pungent and very robust IPA that has a tiny amount of bitterness, but the sweetness and malt notes are a bit hard to overcome. Nice, but too deep and strong for me, especially in this format! It almost seems MORE than 8,7 per cent in this one! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria (Potomac Yard), Virginia on 27-June-2022 for US$5,99, sampled at my house here in Washington on 12-July-2022.

Cloudy orange-brown body, medium cream head. Nose tart and tropical, with tangerine, papaya, and other tropical fruits. Smooth, gummy body, mostly stone fruits and floral notes, rather tea-like. Neutral but firm. Yum.

Cloudy yellow pour with a medium frothy white head that recedes gradually to a film. Sticky strings of lace. Aroma of floral hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hop, pineapple, grapefruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy, glowing straw gold color with a finger of white foam that lingers. Big tropical fruit bouquet with grapefruit, cherry and pineapple dominating. More of the same on the palate. Nice lingering fruit notes with some pithy, piney bitterness on the finish. Fairly soft mouthfeel. Above average Hazy DIPA.
